CJD

Germany

The CJD, which stands for ‘Christliches Jugenddorfwerk Deutschlands e. V.’ (Christian Association of Youth Villages), offers orientation and chances for the future to 155,000 youths and adults every year.

At more than 150 different locations they receive support, care and training from 9,500 paid staff and many volunteers.

The underlying principle is the Christian concept of the human being, based on the vision ‘Let no one fall by the wayside!’.
